In the event of non-conformity of the product or within the framework of their right of withdrawal, the customer may request an exchange or refund of the product under the following conditions. This request must be sent to BloomParis by e-mail to the address bloomparis16@gmail.com

Returned products must be in their original condition and perfectly packaged, accompanied by their purchase invoice or a copy thereof in the event of a partial return. The return of a product, in the event of an exchange or refund request, is free of charge if Bloom Paris is responsible for said exchange or refund.
Items must be returned after agreement from BloomParis Customer Service.

BloomParis will not be responsible for any loss, incorrect address, or delayed delivery of a product that the customer wishes to return to the Bloom-paris.fr website, as the risks of transport lie solely with the customer (the initiator of the transport).

– If the value of the replacement product(s) is higher than the value of the returned product(s), the customer must pay the price difference in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
– If the value of the replacement product(s) is lower than the value of the returned product(s), the price difference will be refunded to the customer by BloomParis (it being specified that for gifts, only the customer who purchased the gift can request a refund and have their bank account re-credited) in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

In the event of an exchange, the shipping costs of the first delivery will be refunded, but the shipping costs of the second shipment will be charged.

In the event of a refund request, the refund will be processed in any case no later than thirty days after the customer's notification of the right of withdrawal.
Under no circumstances will it be possible to provide the customer with an electronic credit note usable on the Bloom-paris.fr website.
BloomParis has full discretion to decide if the products are in their original condition when returned to bloom-paris.fr.
